The location of the hotel, and our room overlooking the sea
The television was a large old type, it would be much better and in keeping with the modern outlook of the hotel to have flat screens, which are now very affordable to purchase.

Great location on a beautiful beach. Great swimming pool overlooking the beach.
The room was atrocious. A "junior suite" meant they just stuffed two double beds in the same small room. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've slept in in a long time. Can you imagine one long meagre pillow for a bed for two persons? By the time we noticed it it was too late in the night and we were too tired to ask for more. The shower head (hand held) flew off the handle causing chaos every time you used it. Very few towels. A television set from the 1990s. To us it seemed they went very cheap on everything because of the fabulous setting. The staff kindly gave us a free late check-out when we complained, but I'd rather have spent the extra 21 eur and had a decent room.

We loved the hotel facilities, staff, and the location by the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel was clean with great parking and transportation options. Additionally, their breakfast was superb.

Our stay was enjoyable due to the hotel's prime location on the cliffs above a huge and lovely beach with fine sand that stretches for miles. We could easily reach the beach by road or along the cliffs. Close to the hotel, we found the only local supermarket. The room was basic but clean, the bathroom was well maintained, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The pool was clean and the surrounding area was great for sunbathing.
Some staff members lacked the proper customer service skills.

Great views and close to the beach, with good food and friendly staff. The hotel offers a nice pool with plenty of loungers, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The surrounding region is beautiful, with many attractions to visit.
Limited Wi-Fi access and noisy children by the pool. The bar staff were often rude and unhelpful, and some aspects of the all-inclusive package were not clearly communicated.

Had a great New Year's stay at a small hotel in Southern Spain. Loved the easy beach access and view from the pool deck. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub/shower combo in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast and dinner were sufficient with plenty of tasty options. A bonus was the friendly and approachable front desk staff.
The hotel was a bit isolated and there were limited options for restaurants and bars in the immediate area. The entertainment and activities were minimal, leaving us to explore more on our own.
